dissolution. Known as the "Domestic Relations Law," it sets out specific criteria to end a marriage (whether by Divorce or Separation); qualifying factors for spousal support; the care, custody and support of infant children; and the determination of Equitable
Distribution of assets and debts accumulated by the parties during their marriage.
