Brian McKenna Brian McKenna, Esq.
As one of the founding partners of McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese, Brian has over 25 years of experience assisting the people of Long Island and New York City. Brians experience includes Purchase and Sale of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Real Property Dispute Resolution, State Liquor Authority Licensing, Corporate Formation, Trusts and Estates and Criminal Defense. After attending Kansas State College, Brian received his law degree from St. Johns Law School. Louis Siracusano Louis V. Siracusano, Esq.
Louis V. Siracusano, one of the three founding partners of McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese, has been a Family Law practitioner since 1976. Also admitted in Florida and Connecticut, Lou has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of divorce, separation, child custody, and visitation and support matters. “We recognize that families in crisis need compassion and understanding as well as advocacy when dealing with what may be the most trying time in their lives.” In recent years Mr. Siracusano has brought his experienced and compassionate approach to the resolution of domestic disputes involving nontraditional families and broke new legal ground by creating The Nontraditional Family and Estates Division of McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese to address the specific issues that face these families. Albert Chianese Albert W. Chianese, Esq.
Albert W. Chianese is one of the founding partners of McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese. He is a graduate of Fordham College and St John's University Law School and has been admitted to the practice of law in the State of NY since 1976 and in the state of Connecticut since 1994. He is admitted to the Federal Bar of The Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut. Al has over 28 years experience as a trial attorney. He has extensive trial experience in all the courts of the City of New York as well as Long Island and Westchester. He has obtained many successful verdicts in areas involving Malpractice, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability both residential, commercial, and Construction Accident cases. Al Chianese has a particular expertise in Dental Malpractice cases having initially represented dentists. For the past 22 years, Al has represented the patient. Thomas Reilly Thomas P. Reilly, Esq.
Tom is a native son of East Rockaway, New York. After attending Molloy College, Tom received his law degree from Hofstra University. A member of the New York State Bar, Tom began his legal career working in the Town Attorneys Office for the Town of Hempstead. At McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese, Tom brings his expertise to the areas of Medical Malpractice, Dental Malpractice, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Landlord Tenant Disputes and Family Law, with a focus on litigation in these areas. Tom is admitted to The United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts, and is a member of The American Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association and The Nassau County Bar Association. Anthony Brown Anthony M. Brown, Esq.
Anthony graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as research assistant to Nan Hunter, the founder of The Gay and Lesbian Project at the ACLU. While in Brooklyn, he worked as a law guardian at The Childrens Law Center, representing the legal needs of children in Brooklyn Family Court. Anthony also served as a legal intern at Lambda Legal, the nations foremost LGBT litigation organization, in the summer of 2002. While at LAMBDA, he assisted in the briefing for what has become one of the most important civil rights cases of our time. In the landmark case of Lawrence v. Texas, Anthony's research was quoted specifically in Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's concurring opinion. Anthony currently heads the Nontraditional Family and Estates Law Division of McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese. Anthony also sits on the board of Directors of The Wedding Party, a nonprofit educational organization committed to the notion of marriage awareness. He is admitted in both New York and New Jersey and belongs to the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyer’s Association and LeGal, the Lesbian and Gay Law Association of Greater New York.
